How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your mattress leaves our warehouse.

Does the mattress require a specific type of bed frame?

Flo Mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface, including box springs, slatted frames (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), or even the floor.

What is the warranty period for Flo products?

Every Flo Mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural indentations greater than 1 inch.

How is the mattress packaged for delivery?

We use advanced compression technology to roll your mattress into a compact box. Once unboxed, it will expand to its full size within 24 to 48 hours.
